How same-day delivery works

Call (716) 303-4728. Tell us the address, what you are throwing out and where the container should go. We confirm the size and a flat price, and if a truck can reach you today we tell you the window. City of Buffalo addresses and the first ring of towns (Cheektowaga, Kenmore, West Seneca, Lackawanna, Amherst, Tonawanda) are the easiest same-day runs; Orchard Park, Hamburg and Niagara Falls are usually next-day unless we already have a truck heading that way.

When same-day is not possible

Two things can slow it down. The first is a street placement in the City of Buffalo: the City’s street-obstruction permit under § 413-4(C) needs at least seven business days, so a same-day container has to go on private property. The second is the truck schedule on a busy day; if the afternoon is full we tell you straight away and book first thing tomorrow, and the flat price is the same either way.
